Search Committee for the Permanent Rector
The Search Committee was announced during Sunday Services on February 10th, 2008.
Thanks to everyone who has participated in the Search Committee Focus Group Sessions during the last two months. We have heard from over 100 Parish members, and we are grateful for your input. Your thoughts and ideas are invaluable to the process and understanding what type of person our community is hoping to find in our new Rector. We are seeing several common themes emerge, and these priorities will guide the Search Committee as we develop the Parish Profile. The passion you hold for our beloved St. Patrick’s Church is evident, and for that we are grateful.
Our Search Timeline
We are pleased with our progress to date. Phase 1, Parish Profile Development, is right on schedule and we anticipate afinal document will be completed in early September. Additionally, the data base, infrastructure and processes to support Phase 2, Candidate Review, are being implemented now, so we will be able to move forward immediately after the Parish Prfile as been approved.
Search Committee Members
Members of the Search Committee meet on the first Sunday of each month and the subcommittees meet on a more regular basis. All members of the Committee are always available to answer your questions and provide an update on the progress of our search for a new Rector.
