Christian Formation | Youth

All youth are welcome to participate.

Youth Group

Youth Groups for 3rd grade and above offer regular opportunities for peers to gather outside of Sunday mornings for fellowship and faith-building activities. Youth Group Juniors is for 3rd to 5th graders. Youth Group is for 6th-10th graders.

Journey to Adulthood

Our 7th-9th graders meet Monday evenings, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. for Journey to Adulthood (J2A), an Episcopal Christian formation curriculum for teenagers. J2A is scheduled in conjunction with Cambiata Choir rehearsal, so that those who participate in both can do so easily. During the first half of the evening, the Cambiata Choir rehearses, followed by a light supper, then J2A, which consists of study, discussion, and prayer.

Mondays,  5:30 p.m. to  7:30 p.m., 
in the Nave & Great Hall
by Session, September to May

Our 10th to 12th graders meet once a month for Young Adults in Church (YAC) which allows older teenagers to explore their faith. Meetings are scheduled in conjunction with Nova Lux Choir rehearsal, so that those who participate in both can do so easily.
